Ruby Cafeteria will have adjusted menu today because of kitchen maintenance

Due to an equipment issue within the Nutrition Services Department kitchen, the cafeteria menu has been adjusted today (Dec. 20). This also affects Ruby on the Run.

Most stations in the cafeteria will remain open with limited menu changes. However, the self-serve section will not be available today.

Ruby on the Run will not have most grab-and-go cold selections available today. Wednesday service will be back to normal in all locations.

The Nutrition Services Department apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciates your understanding.
