Schedule established for formal photos of WVU Medicine faculty and advance practice providers

WVU University Relations is no longer offering photographic services that include formal headshots for clinical faculty or mid-level providers.

The WVU Medicine Office of Marketing and Communications has scheduled a photographer to visit hospital and clinic locations to ensure that all clinical faculty and advance practice providers have current, professional photographs that will be used in marketing materials, online directories and websites, and other publications.

Below is the upcoming schedule. The photographer will return every few months so that photos of new providers can be taken. Watch CONNECT for future schedules.

Faculty and advance practice providers should wear or bring their white coat. They can come anytime within these blocks of time and to any location that is convenient.

UNIVERSITY TOWN CENTRE
Conference Room 4 (located on the third floor, across the hall from the large staff break room)
Tuesday, Oct. 3, 8 a.m.-noon

J.W. RUBY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
Common area on the third-floor atrium of the hospital lobby (interior area with windows that looks out to parking lot/stadium)
Wednesday, Oct. 4, 7 a.m.-noon
Thursday, Oct. 5, noon-5 p.m.
Monday, Oct. 9, 7 a.m.-noon
Tuesday, Oct. 10, noon-5 p.m.
