Shared Governance Advisory Council seeks innovative ideas

Do you have an innovative idea, or a project in mind for improving patient satisfaction or patient safety? Have you identified evidence-based practice that you would like to see implemented?

Staff can now submit requests for new ideas, projects, practices, equipment and more through the Shared Governance Advisory Council's online submissions forms. The forms can be accessed by clicking "Quality & Service" (in the left navigation of the CONNECT homepage) and "Shared Governance Advisory Council."

Shared governance is a professional practice model that promotes collaboration and accountability for improving quality of care and safety, and enhancing work life.
