Special Medicine Grand Rounds to discuss communities and improving health outcomes

Join the Department of Medicine for a special Grand Rounds presentation with Keren Brown Wilson, Ph.D., adjunct professor at Portland State University and the principal architect of the Oregon model of assisted living.

Dr. Brown has worked with policymakers in other states looking to replicate the assisted living model. She has also founded three assisted living companies, providing development and management services to over 200 projects in numerous states with a focus on the poor and very poor. 

Dr. Brown's topic is “Using Existing Community Human Capital to Improve Health Outcomes.”
