Deadline is Thursday for letter from Santa

Santa wants to send personalized letters to as many children as possible this year, so he has asked the staff at WVU Medicine Children’s to lend a hand. For a minimum contribution of $10 per letter, staff members and volunteers will work with Santa to make sure the child in your life receives a customized letter along with Santa’s “good list” certificate and an activity sheet.

Mailings will begin Wednesday, Nov. 29, and the last day to submit orders is Thursday, Dec.14. To order, go to https://www.mountaineerconnection.com/LettersFromSanta.

All proceeds from the “Letters from Santa” program go to support the Child Life program at WVU Medicine Children’s to purchase toys, games, and gifts for the children in our hospital including those for Santa’s Workshop – where they bring the holiday spirit and fun to the hospital for all of our patients and their families to enjoy.
