The Wellness Center’s winter/spring classes have begun
The Wellness Center’s winter/spring exercise classes started this month. Classes include: Boomercise, Mindful Flow Yoga, Yoga After Work, Renew and Recharge Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Intramural Sports (volleyball and basketball), and Boot Camp.
