Two more departments headed to ROC 2

Health Information Management (HIM) and Release of Information (ROI) walk-in services will be moving to ROC 2, starting at the end of May. This WVU Healthcare building is located at 3040 University Avenue.

The first part of the move will occur Tuesday, May 26. The rest of the move is tentatively scheduled for the week of June 1. 

The new physical address for both services is:

3040 University Avenue
Morgantown, WV  26505

The campus mailing address (PO Box 8049), phone numbers and fax numbers will stay the same. 

Also, business hours will remain the same:

HIM Administration: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
ROI Walk-In Services: 9 a.m. to 4  p.m.

Regular daily pick-ups of documentation will continue as normal in Ruby Memorial, Chestnut Ridge Center and the Physician Office Center. 

Any documentation sent to HIM outside of the daily pick-ups should be sent via interoffice mail with clear denotation of the sender in case the sender needs to be contacted for clarification or questions regarding the material. The departments request that the tube system no longer be used for such purposes.

Care Management and Patient Access will have radiology imaging burners for immediate patient transfer needs.
