Urgent Care and Student Health to host Kids Health Career Day

WVU Medicine Urgent Care and Student Health will host a Kids Health Career Day on Sunday, April 30, from 1-3 p.m. at the 390 Birch Street location behind Chick-fil-A.

This event is a great way for young kids (suggested ages 4-10) to learn more about careers in health by meeting doctors, nurses, and pharmacists and touring the Student Health facilities.

There will be several health-related activities, including a teddy bear clinic, hosted by the WVU Pharmacy students, and special appearances from the HealthNet helicopter and Jan Care ambulance.

Free Rita's Italian Ice will be served.
