Volunteer Services accepting applications for junior and college student volunteers

Volunteer Services will be accepting applications for junior and college student volunteers for the 2017 summer session between April 1 and April 22.

Junior volunteers are between the ages of 14 and 18 and still in school. College volunteers are age 18 and older and currently enrolled in a higher education institution.

Junior volunteer placement opportunities are limited. Junior volunteers must be committed to providing eight hours of service per week to complete a minimum of 50 hours of service by Aug. 18. Junior volunteer selection and placements will be made based on application, interview process, and availability.

College volunteers are required to fulfill a minimum of 50 hours of service over two semesters.

Junior and college volunteers who have volunteered at the hospital within the past two years do not need to reapply. Please contact the Volunteer Services office at 304-598-4134 for information on returning for the summer session.
