The WVU National Center of Excellence in Women's Health hosts Women on Wellness (WOW) walks from 5:30-6 p.m. every Wednesday at the WVU Student Rec Center track.

These walks are a great way to get more active in a low-impact, friendly environment. Participants can meet other members of the community, catch up with friends and enjoy moving their bodies.
