WVPRC sponsors book drive for flood affected victims
The WV Prevention Research Center (WVPRC) is partnering with Save the Children and WVU Center for Excellence in Disabilities (CED) to sponsor a book drive to support schools who lost their libraries during the flash floods a year ago.
We hope to send each child home with at least two books for the summer. The children range in age from Kindergarten to 5th grade. The book drive will run from May 1st - May 17th.
For anyone wishing to donate a new or used book, you may drop them off at the WVPRC office 3821 Health Sciences South or at the WVU CED building on Hartman Run Rd.
