WVU accepting 2017 Excellence in Civic Engagement nominations

The WVU Center for Service and Learning welcomes nominations for the Excellence in Civic Engagement Awards for the 2016-2017 academic year. Eligible award recipients include WVU students, student organizations, faculty/staff members, or campus/community partners who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to civic engagement. 

Activities may involve: service-learning, community problem solving, leadership, good citizenship, activism/advocacy, philanthropy or volunteerism. Visit https://tinyurl.com/2017WVUEngAwards to make a nomination.  Multiple nominations are accepted as well as self-nominations. Nominations will be accepted through Friday, April 7.

Recipients will be recognized during the 11th annual Week of Engagement, which takes place April 22-29, 2017.
