WVU Healthcare opens new University Town Centre clinic

On Monday, WVU Healthcare physicians started seeing patients in the new WVU Healthcare University Town Centre outpatient clinic, located across from Walmart near the new Monongalia County Ballpark.

Patients can see their family doctor or one of the many specialists who will have offices in the three-story, 110,000-square foot facility, which includes 140 exam rooms and 10 procedure rooms.  A conference facility is also included for community education events.

The spacious new building will be the new home for the following WVU Healthcare clinics:

• Center for Joint Replacement
• Clark K. Sleeth Family Medicine Center
• Dermatology
• Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Pediatric and Adolescent Practice
• Podiatry
• Sports Medicine

The facility will also offer a second location for many WVU Healthcare primary and specialty services, including general internal medicine and geriatrics and orthopaedics. Ancillary services, such as radiology and laboratory services, will also be available at both locations.
