WVU Medicine benefit open enrollment underway through Nov. 2
The benefit open enrollment period for all WVU Medicine employees ends Monday, Nov. 2. This includes all those who are on the payroll of WVU Hospitals and University Health Associates.
The open enrollment process can be completed through the Ultimate payroll system, which is accessible on any computer with internet access. Employees are reminded that, for tax reporting purposes, all dependents must have a social security number in Ultimate.
Epic training rooms, located at ROC 2, will be available throughout the open enrollment period for those employees who need access to a computer. Representatives from Human Resources will be available from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 2 in Epic training room 1 to assist employees with the open enrollment process.
In addition, the Wellness Program will be conducting wellness screenings during the open enrollment period. These will be available in conference rooms 3A/3B at Ruby and at many off-site locations. The flu shot will not be offered during the on-site wellness screenings at Ruby, but employees can continue to go to the Employee Health office to receive the shot. The flu vaccine will be available at the off-site wellness screenings.
