WVU Medicine has new service for telephone interpreting

WVU Medicine has contracted Stratus Video as its new service for telephone interpreting. 

To reach an interpreter in all languages, 24 hours a day, dial 1-833-219-9569 and use Client ID 7457.

A representative from Stratus Video will request your name and Client ID.

WVU Medicine employees should remember to speak in short phrases, pause for interpretation, and speak in first person. Also, inform the interpreter before ending the call.
