Holiday Celebration

Event Locations: Market@WVU (day-shift event) and Ruby cafeteria (night-shift event)

The Holiday Celebration for WVU Medicine and WVU Health Sciences employees is scheduled for Monday, Dec. 19, from 2-4 p.m. at the Market@WVU, located on the ground floor of the WVU Health Sciences Center. 

The night-shift event will be held in the cafeteria at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, Dec. 21, from 1-3 a.m.

Catering for both celebrations will be provided by WVU Medicine Catering and Fresh Hospitality.

Employees are encouraged to attend these events; no take-out will be available.

Cookie trays will be provided for off-campus WVU Medicine locations. They will be available for pick-up from Nutrition Services on Tuesday, Dec. 20, from 8 a.m.-noon.
