HR answers questions about Right to Work legislation

On Feb. 12, the West Virginia Senate and the House of Delegates voted to override Governor Earl Ray Tomblin’s veto of Senate Bill 1 (Workplace Freedom Act), effectively making West Virginia the 26th Right-to-Work state in the nation.
