WVU Medicine Jefferson Medical Center welcomes new surgeon

RANSON, W.Va. -- WVU Medicine Jefferson Medical Center and University Healthcare Physicians announce the addition of Kevin Hibbett, M.D., general surgeon, to WVU Medicine Surgery-Jefferson in Ranson.

Dr. Hibbett received his medical degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He completed his residency in general surgery and chief surgical residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining WVU Medicine, Hibbett practiced at Reedsburg Area Medical Center in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. He has held positions in various medical practices since 2001, bringing 17 years of general surgery experience to Jefferson Medical Center.
