WVU Science Policy Organization, "Catalyzing Advocacy in Science and Engineering (CASE) Workshop

Now accepting applications to attend the CASE Workshop, free of charge

Are you a graduate or undergraduate student interested in the intersection of science and politics? 

Here is your opportunity to attend the "Catalyzing Advocacy in Science and Engineering (CASE) Workshop in Washington, D.C. from April 17-20, 2016.

If selected, you will meet with other scientists from around the country and have training sessions with some of the same people who train freshmen Senators in the Capitol. The application consists of your CV and a short 500 word essay detailing how attending the CASE workshop will enrich your professional goals and further the WVU community. Your application will be reviewed by Drs. Jay Cole and Fred King of WVU. All associated costs for the two selected students will be covered by the University.
