Participate in community health and wellness survey

Be a part of a survey on health and wellness in the community related to walkability and food insecurity.

The West Virginia University School of Pharmacy is conducting a research study to examine the neighborhood walkability and walking behavior, and to investigate people’s behavior on information seeking in terms of food instability.

To participate, you should be at least 18 years old. Both students and non-students are eligible to participate.

The online survey study takes about 15 minutes to complete. Your participation in the survey is completely voluntary, and your responses will be kept confidential. This study is approved by WVU IRB and is supported by the City of Morgantown Health and Wellness Commission.
