Abstract Submission and Event Registration Information
Abstraction submission and Event Registration are OPEN.
Abstract submissions and event registration are due by May 31, 2015.
Please complete the Abstract Submission and Event Registration form. You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours; if you do not receive this confirmation please re-submit your form. Mentors or other interested attendees are welcome to register for the event as “attending only”, so please fill out and submit the top portion of the form for registration purposes. Mentors or faculty who would like to volunteer as a JUDGE for the poster sessions, please make a note of this on your registration form and we will contact you with additional information. There is no fee for submitting your abstract or registering for the event. If you are not submitting an abstract, you may still register for the event after the deadline has passed. You may also register on-site; however, we strongly encourage you to register in advance to facilitate accurate counts for the purpose of ordering food, beverages and conference materials.
Posters should be sized to fit within a 4x6 ft poster board; pins for hanging your poster will be provided at the event.
