Please bring your Mountaineer Student ID card, Patient ID card (once assigned) and a $10.00 co-payment with you for every visit.

If arriving without an appointment you will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. There may be instances when someone with an urgent medical need will need to be seen in order of priority. The advantages of scheduling an appointment are decreased time you spend waiting to be seen, and allowing you to choose your health care provider.

Appointments are not needed for allergy shots which are given Monday through Wednesday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Thursday 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. Fridays are not an option for allergy injections.

• Call 293-2311 Ext. 2 for gynecology appointments. Routine gynecology appointments are only scheduled in a two week time bracket. The receptionist begins scheduling at 8:30 a.m. each Monday for the next two weeks. Please let the receptionist know if you have an urgent gynecology problem so that you can be appropriately scheduled.
