Internship and other Volunteer opportunities for students in public relations, health promotion, communications, and other majors. The Office is continually looking for volunteers to assist in a variety of projects throughout the year. No experience is necessary.
Peer Health Education Program, a three credit course involving peers reaching peers. Offered as an introductory (CHPR 260) and advanced course (CHPR 261).
Presentations Health Education Programs are offered on a variety of health topics relevant to college students in the areas of alcohol and other drugs; sexual health; sexual assault prevention. These are provided free to classes, residence halls, student groups, and community schools and groups (based on availability). Resource Library Non-ciriculating videos, pamphlets, books, handouts, and other educational materials on a variety of health topics: alcohol and other drugs; sexual health (contraception, HIV, sexually transmitted infections); and sexual assault are available for individuals to use.
Sexual Assault Response Coordinator offers help with information, referral, and support for survivors of sexual assault, family, and friends.
