We encourage all students to approach Student Health on the PRT as construction of a new building has displaced our usual parking. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Directions from the PRT Station:

If you are traveling to Student Health on the PRT, go to the “Medical” station. As you leave the PRT platform, the first building encountered when you proceed up the stairs is the north end of the Health Sciences Center. Proceed the length of the building, pass the Dental and Clark Sleeth Family Medicine Clinics entrance, entering at the McQuain Pavilion entrance, shown here. Proceed through the main hall until reaching the elevators. You will be on the first floor and your destination is the ground floor (Ground, not Basement). When you depart the elevators, proceed in the same direction as you approached the elevators. Follow the blue signs for Student Health Service.

Directions (If Driving):

If you are arriving to the Medical Center Campus in a private vehicle approaching from Patteson Drive which turns into VanVoorhis Road: Turn right into Parking Lot 81. Parking Lot 81 is past Field Crest House, and between the Medical Center Apartments and HealthSouth MountainView Regional Rehabilitation Hospital (shown below). By foot proceed up the steps pass the PRT station and follow the above instructions for the PRT. Alternately, there is a shuttle service that leaves designated areas every fifteen to twenty minutes delivering you to the entrance at the north end of the Health Sciences Building and to the McQuain Pavilion as shown above. The McQuain Pavilion stop requires less walking and navigating. Please allow sufficient extra time.

You will need to acquire a parking permit from Student Health when you check in for your appointment.

We encourage all students to approach Student Health on the PRT. Significantly ill, injured or non-ambulatory patients will be accommodated on the Health Science Center restricted access Gold West Parking Lot (see map below) when feasible.
