General Practice Residency Program
How do I apply to the program? The General Practice Residency program at West Virginia University School of Dentistry participates in the Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS) and the Postdoctoral Dental Matching Program. All wishing to apply to the program must apply through PASS and also obtain a MATCH number. Please contact PASS to view the application requirements. Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS) Web Site: www.ADEA.org/pass The deadline for submission of all application materials to PASS is December 1. National Matching Services, Inc. Web Site: www.natmatch.com If the program does not MATCH, but does have positions available; please contact Karen Davis at (304) 293-3549, fax (304) 293-4915 or email: kdavis@hsc.wvu.edu. Once your application and supporting materials are received by PASS, they will be forwarded to the Admissions Committee for review. If selected for an interview, you will be notified in writing and be required to submit the WVU Graduate Program Application and remit the associated $50.00 application fee. While an invitation to appear for an interview should not be construed as evidence of acceptance, it is a requirement that assists the committee in its selection process. If you have any questions regarding the program or application process, please contact the Office of the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at (304) 293-3549, fax (304) |
