Hello, I am Timothy G. Thorne and I graduated from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 1988. I am in partnership with Perry A. Barr who graduated from WVU in 1989 and Timothy W. Stewart who graduated from University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1977. We have offices in Moorefield and Keyser, WV. Dr. Brian Dorsey is a member of our dental staff and he is in Keyser.  Dr. Dorsey graduated from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 1987 and practices in our Keyser office.

The Moorefield office has 6 operatories, reception room, office and kitchen. The Keyser office has 4 operatories, dental lab, darkroom, sterilization/infection control room and reception area.  There is parallel-long cone radiographic equipment in all operatories in all offices. This is a group general practice and we practice 5 days a week. We are equipped for left handed students. We practice sit-down dentistry and give emphasis to oral surgery.

Moorefield is a small community of approximately 3,500 and Keyser has about 5,500. There are elementary, middle and high schools, a Wal-Mart, health center and churches of all faiths.

To reach Moorefield, take Rt 68 toward Cumberland, MD., merge onto MD 658S/Vocke Rd via exit # 40 toward US220 truck south. Turn slight left onto MD53S/Winchester Rd SW/Winchester Rd. Continue to follow MD 53S/Winchester Rd SW. Turn right onto US-220/McMullen Highway SW. Continue to follow US-220. Turn left onto US-220. Turn right onto US-220/WV-28. Turn left onto CR-55/3/Spring Avenue. The distance is about 150 miles and should take about 2 1/2 hours.

To reach Keyser, take I68 East toward Cumberland, MD.  Take exit 40 to merge onto MD-658 S/Vocke Road toward US 220 Truck S. Turn left at MD 53 S/Winchester Road SW.  Turn right at US 220 entering West Virginia. Turn left at Southern Drive, turn right at Florida Avenue.  Office is at 1035 Florida Avenue. The distance is about 92 miles and should take about 2 hours.
