Proteomics
The Proteomics Core Lab located in the Health Sciences Center at the West Virginia University School of Medicine provides state-of-the-art technology that is used to identify and characterize proteins using two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, mass spectrometry and bioinformatics techniques. Researchers and technical staff in the Proteomics core lab collaborate with investigators across the WVU campus to help them formulate optimal research strategies and protocols that utilize proteomic techniques.
