Dr. Harris serves as a research supervisor and didactics instructor within the internship. Her current research interests include childhood obesity, cardiovascular disease, and community-based interventions to promote health behaviors. Her research is funded by the NIH and CDC. Dr. Harris is the Co-Director (with Andrew Bradlyn, PhD) of the Health Research Center, and is also involved in clinical trials research for psychiatric and cardiovascular disorders.
