We are 75 minutes from Pittsburgh and less than four hours away from Washington DC, Baltimore and the Atlantic Coast. 

Morgantown has been ranked third among US small cities for quality of living in Life in America's Small Cities, Prometheus Books. West Virginia University, the state's largest university, is one of 72 land grant universities in the United States.

Morgantown officially has 30,000 residents but with students the population of the metropolitan area is closer to 75,000.
