C8 Health Project Results The tables and graphs on this page (links below) represent the summary of results for self-reported clinical symptoms collected via the Health Questionnaire as part of the C8 Health Project. Please note that symptoms were self reported by participants and were not independently verified with medical records or by a health care professional. Limited information about the characteristics of the self-reported symptoms, such as severity, duration, or history, was collected. Inferences about population health or associations based on these self-reported symptoms should be made cautiously.
