The WVU Center on Aging is partnering with AT&T to determine Internet needs and issues of older West Virginians. Sherry Kuhl, assistant director for public education and community outreach, said one of the things AT&T is interested in is the availability of high-speed Internet in West Virginia's rural areas. Based upon the results of a survey conducted in Hardy and Mercer counties, AT&T will work with the Center on Aging to develop projects or initiatives to address the identified Internet needs of the seniors of West Virginia. |
