New Graduate Certificate in Women's Health Now Available

It is with pleasure I announce that a graduate certificate in Women's Health has been approved for implementation. This certificate has been developed for those who wish to seek specialized training in women's health and educational skills to serve in this field. The certificate is a collaborative effort of the Department of Community Medicine, Gerontology, the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences, Center on Aging, and the Division of Public Administration.
Courses include PUBH 621: Issues in Women's Health (3 credits), PUBH 620: Women and Violence (3 credits), HNF 610: Nutrition and Fitness or HNF 612: Maternal and Child Health Nutrition (3 credits), PUBH 628: Aging, Multiculturalism and Women (3 credits), NURS 660: Advanced Topics in Reproductive Health (2 credits), and PUBA 779: Women's Health Care Policy (1 credit).
