Adam Baus earned a BA in Sociology at Saint Vincent College in 2000, a MA in Applied Social Research at West Virginia University (WVU) in 2002, and a Master of Public Health degree at WVU in 2006. He began working with the WVU Office of Health Services Research in 2003, and since that time has developed considerable interest in the use of electronic patient registries and electronic medical records for quality of care improvement. Currently, he assists OHSR in providing quality improvement support to state-wide primary care sites and health care professionals, database design and development, report writing, and statistical support. Prior to working with OHSR, he worked with the WVU Survey Research Center and assisted with survey design and administration, data analysis, and report writing. He is currently in his second year of the Public Health Sciences PhD program at WVU.
