MESSAGE FROM THE DEAN
John E. Prescott, M.D.I would like to welcome you and encourage you to read the first official School of Medicine newsletter. During these fast paced times, it is easy to forget to communicate the important things that are going on in our School. My hope is that this newsletter will serve as a communication vehicle to our faculty, staff, and students, as well as our external constituencies. Our goal is to provide you with the important School news, while it is still newsworthy.

Please note, this newsletter is a work in progress. Over the next few months, we will be working on making modifications based on your feedback. In future months, you can look forward to additional sections including: student’s corner, recruitment and facilities updates.

I look forward to communicating with you every month, and I hope you find the content of this newsletter of significant value.
