Assuring that future opportunities are available for those who want to pursue medical careers is something that anyone can help the WVU School of Medicine accomplish by including a gift in your will or revocable trust “to the West Virginia University Foundation for the benefit of the School of Medicine [‘s Department of ________ ].

Many support options are available, and the Development Office (304-293-7086) can assist you to make it work.

Did you know?
That there were 13 students enrolled in the first year class and eight in the second year class of the WVU school of Medicine in 1912. Those 21 students had only two faculty members to teach them. Imagine if you did not get along with one of them.
That tuition for the WVU School of Medicine in 1912 was $15 per-semester or $25 for a year for residents and $30 a semester or $50 for the year for non-residents.  What a difference 95 years makes!
