Would you like to show your appreciation?
You are invited to express your appreciation for the care you have received at the West Virginia University Eye Institute. You can do this by submitting comments of thanks to your doctor, making a gift in honor of your doctor, nurse, or other health professional, or by requesting more information about helping the West Virginia University Eye Institute fulfill its mission to restore vision and prevent blindness. It is critically important that our neighbors in West Virginia, the region and beyond who need eye care receive the best services available so that their eye sight can be treated and/or restored. Your expression of appreciation will assist the WVU Eye Institute in meeting their needs.

Your expression of appreciation, including a gift in honor of your doctor, will allow the WVU Eye Institute to continue to provide the finest medical care to our patients, to maintain state-of-the-art technology, to further research for cures of eye diseases, and to sustain the best medical education for present and future eye doctors.

We hope you will join us in our work to restore vision and prevent blindness for all who seek their care at the WVU Eye Institute.  To do so, please complete the form below and click "Submit" to submit your information electronically.  We will follow up with you.
