Jennifer Sivak-Callcott, M.D. is an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology. She received her medical degree from the Ohio State University in 1992. She went on to complete a residency in the Department of Ophthalmology at Vanderbuilt University Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Sivak then completed a fellowship under the direction of Drs. Rootman, Buffam and Dolman at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.

Dr. Sivak's interest include all aspects of eyelid cosmetic surgery, with a special interest in BOTOX clinics. The BOTOX clinics are held every month on the first floor of the WVU Eye Institute. Beginning in the spring of 2008, Juvederm consultations are available to be scheduled.

Dr. Sivak provides medical and surgical treatment for problems of the eyelids, tear drainage system, midface, and facial bones, including tumors, injury and birth defects to both children and adults. She works closely with ENT and Neurosurgery on cases including the orbit and is part of the West Virginia University Skull Base Team.
