At the Clark K. Sleeth Department of Family Medicine Sports Medicine Center we see a variety of sports related injuries. No matter your age or skill level, if you are active in an individual sport such as, cycling, running, swimming, ballet, modern dance or are part of a football, basketball, lacrosse or baseball team our Sports Medicine Center is for you!

Our Sports Center provides expert medical care through onsite x-ray, splinting and casting capabilities and exercise instruction (including theraband instruction). We care for a variety of fractures, strains and injuries from head to toe. We also provide joint injections, given by Dr. Monteleone, a national educator on joint injections. Our modern clinic is equipped with electronic medical records, digital x-ray's and computerized prescription capabilities.

Our goal is to get you "back in the game" as quickly and as safely as possible. At the Clark K. Sleeth Department of Family Medicine Sports Medicine Center we know how important returning to work and play is to your health and fitness!
