Lucas Moore, Ed.D

Dr. Moore is a Post Doctoral Fellow with the Health Research Center. He is currently working on the Evaluation of House Bill 2816 project funded through the Robert Wood Johnson (RWJ) Foundation. He holds a doctoral degree in educational psychology from West Virginia University.
