Mission-Based Management
How to use this Web Site
The Mission-Based Management web site is designed primarily for the following purposes:
- To enter educational activities, publications, and service activities on an ongoing basis.
- To enter the FACS survey on a yearly basis
- To view clinical contributions and grant activities.
Self-Reporting - Currently Disabled
To begin self-reporting of educational activities, publications and/or service activities, click on the Self-Reporting tab. It is helpful to read Instructions on Self-Reporting before clicking on the 'Login to MBM Self-Reporting' screen.
Click on Education Mission for a review of data to be entered by the MBM Office on your behalf or to be self-reported by you.
Click on Research Mission for a review of data (publications only) to be self-reported by you and for discussion of publications and funded grants.
Click on Service Mission for a review of data to be self-reported by you.
Alternatively, 'click here to Login to MBM Self-Reporting' at the Home page to begin entering data and bypass the instructional pages. Remember – USERNAME and PASSWORD are initially the first portion of your email address.
Note: The MBM Office captures Clinical Contributions using Decision Support reports. This data is included on individual and departmental MBM reports and can be viewed under Clinical Mission on the web.
FACS
Information on reporting of the Faculty Activity Contribution Survey (FACS) for budget cycle 2008-09 will be available in early 2008. For a review of your completed FACS for previous years, click on 'Login to Online FACS'. Alternatively, click on 'Login to MBM Self-Reporting' to view the current and prior year FACS results.
