The Rheumatology Section deals with the evaluation and treatment of patients with rheumatic and autoimmune on both an inpatient and outpatient basis.The mission of the Section of Rheumatology at West Virginia University School of Medicine is to provide excellence in medical care in our specialty areas, to contribute to the training of Healthcare professionals to ensure the continued imporvement in the health of West Virginians, and to participate in scientific research.
