Her special interests in include neuromuscular disease, dystonias and clinical neurophysiology. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. |

Dr. Ludwig Gutmann has held the title of Hazel Ruby McQuain Professor of Neurology at WVU Since 1996. He completed his advance training in clinical neurophysiology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology including added qualifications in clinical neurophysiology and the American Board of Electrodiagnositic Medicine. He has expertise in neuromuscular disease, clinical neurophysiology, myasthenia gravis and Parkinson's Disease. |

He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and the NIH Human Participant Protection Education for Research Teams. Dr. Libell is a task force member of the West Virginia Cerebrovascular Health Program. |
