1. Review the managment of cases resulting in morbidity or mortality.
2. Discuss patient factor and/or alternative managment options with the emphasis on quality improvement and prevention of similar occurrences in the future.
3. Understand how to minimize risk in the provision of obstetric and gynecology care and understand how to improve patient counseling with regard to these risks.
