Grand Rounds

Target Audience:
Physicians, Nurses, Physician Assistants, Residents, Medicine and Nursing Students, and Physical Therapists.

Objectives:
Following this course, participants should be able to:

  1. Understand the clinical features of the two orthopaedic disease/injury processes discussed including initial patient evaluation and appropriate nonoperative care. 
  2. Understand operative treatment options including technical pearls. 
  3. Be familiar with clinical research on the basic science and outcomes of the process and treatment.

Credit Statement

The West Virginia University School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The WVU Office of CME designates this educational activity for a maximum of 1 category 1 credit TM.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
