A 56 year-old male with recurrent sinusitis, nasal congestion and epistaxis.

Gross Description
The biopsy specimen was received in formalin and consisted of multiple, irregularly shaped fragments of pink-hemorrhagic soft tissue measuring 1.1 x 0.9 x 0.3cm in aggregate. Because the tissue was received in formalin, no additional tissue was available for flow cytometry or cytogenetic studies.
