A 65-year-old male with night sweats and cold intolerance

Patient History
A 65 year old male presented to his family physician with complaints of night sweats, cold intolerance, a 30 pound weight loss, weakness and black-colored stools. His past medical history includes dyspnea on exertion and easy bruising for two years.
On this visit laboratory testing was performed (See Table 1 for Laboratory results), and the patient was given Hydrea 500 mg every day.
