An 18-year-old male with laughing episodes and seizures.

Imaging Data
MRI scan of the brain revealed a suprasellar mass measuring 1.5 x 1.8 x 1.6 cm. The mass was characterized by diminished T1 and increased T2 signal intensity without contrast enhancement (Figure 1). There was no midline shift.
