This program is accredited by the ACGME. It was initiated in 2006 by Program Director, Mark J. Polak, MD, and is limited to one trainee per year. The length of training is three years, and applicants are required to have completed training in an accredited categorical Pediatrics, categorical Internal Medicine, or a combined Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency prior to beginning.
