Microvascular Endothelial Cell Isolation

General scheme for the isolation and culture of endothelial cells from precapillary microvessels in rat mesentery. The same general approach is used for the isolation and culture of postcapillary microvessels, except that iron particles are infused into the arterial network for the initial separation and removal of precapillary and capillary vessels.
