Narrative:
Dr. Utzman joined the Division of Physical Therapy faculty in 1995 after practicing at WVU Hospitals and Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital. He has clinical and administrative experience in a variety of practice areas, including acute care, outpatient orthopedics, skilled nursing/long term care and school system.
